Offering both low care and high care, each area of Kalyra Woodcroft also hosts a dedicated memory support unit, (8 high care and 10 low care) that provide specifically tailored programs with the security of knowing these residents are safe within their own environment.

Kalyra Woodcroft employs a wide range of skilled professional staff, with registered nurses available around the clock.   The staff profile includes a Director of Care, Care Manager, Clinical Nurse, Registered and Enrolled Nurses and Careworkers.   The clinical and care staff are supported by the Lifestyle, Hospitality, Maintenance and Administration team, who are committed to deliver aged care services thoughtfully and with a real concern for each resident as the individual they are.

Staff are encouraged to actively practice the Trust’s Values and are supported in their duties through a commitment to continuing staff education innovatively delivered in part by the industry acclaimed Aged Care Channel.   Many staff members have completed health related courses and Kalyra Woodcroft also provides a placement for numerous students from neighbouring TAFE Colleges, training agencies and schools.
