The James Brown Memorial Trust provides a Management Consultancy Service to assist other operators to successfully enter and operate in the aged care and associated environments. The specific consultancy service to be provided by the Trust can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization, and all fees are negotiable. The Service is all inclusive and can be negotiated to include Strategic Planning and Corporate Goal Setting, Aged Care Allocation Round submission, Monthly Management support and advice, mentoring and supervision of aged care operations and design and construction of aged care homes and other accommodation options including retirement living and affordable housing.
